Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales, customer service, and marketing operations. This position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across all channels. The Director will lead teams responsible for sales, customer service, and digital marketing, and collaborate closely with the executive team to implement strategies that align with our Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) goals. Aftermarket automotive (high performance or off-road) experience is essential and required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service Leadership:

  • Oversee the Sales and Customer Service teams in collaboration with the Sales & Customer Service Manager, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies that align with company goals, utilizing EOS tools such as the Accountability Chart, Level 10 Meetings, and the Scorecard.
  • Lead the identification and resolution of sales and customer service issues using EOS processes.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Manage the marketing team alongside the Marketing Manager to execute digital strategies including PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth and market positioning goals.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive growth and market share through data-driven marketing efforts.

Ecommerce Management:

  • Oversee the ecommerce team in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager, ensuring smooth operation of IAG’s BigCommerce websites.
  • Implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase online sales, and improve site performance.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales, customer service, and marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Implement training programs to develop team skills and ensure alignment with the company’s EOS-driven goals.

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and finance department to manage budgets and monitor financial performance for sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
  • Drive strategies to meet or exceed financial targets, tracking key metrics using EOS Scorecards.

Customer Focus:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring customer feedback informs strategic decisions.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value.

Innovation and Technology:

  • Identify and implement new marketing technologies and sales processes to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current on industry trends to keep IAG at the forefront of the automotive market.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: At least 5 years of proven experience in the automotive aftermarket industry (high performance or off-road,) with a successful track record in sales and marketing leadership.
  • Strong familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework preferred.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with an ability to leverage marketing analytics for optimization.
  • Experience managing customer service, marketing, and digital sales teams.
  • Experience managing eCommerce platforms, ideally BigCommerce.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
