Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a remote third shift computer operator to join the IT organization at higher education client. This candidate will be responsible for managing the alerts that come in overnight through the ControlM tool they are using. The candidate will be responsible for triaging these alerts and working to fix the system error. The candidate will be working alongside a team of other computer operators and will be trained on the clients internal systesms. This role also does require some holiday hours- the candidate will recieve time and a half payment for holiday days. This is a remote opportunity and there is a potential for conversion after 5 months.Compensation: Range $18-21/hr.
