A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Quality and Safety Manager ensures compliance with quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Quality Director.
- Provide daily quality decisions and direction on product-related issues
- Interface with customers regarding quality concerns and continuous improvement projects
- Track and trend internal and external quality metrics
- Participate in internal/external audits and nonconformance processes
- Lead environmental compliance and employee health and safety
- Develop the organizational competence in problem-solving methodology and data analysis
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's/ Master's degree preferred
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in Quality
- 5+ years of experience in a Leadership Role
- 2+ years of experience in a Leadership Position in a Manufacturing Environment preferred

PAY RATE
$104,900.00 - $168,300.00 annually
