HR Director

Impekkable, an award-winning healthcare consulting and hospital management firm, is looking for a Human Resources Director for a hospital in Silver City, NM.

• This is a permanent position.
• Onsite in Silver City, NM (must live in or near; or relocate to Silver City, NM).

The HR Director is responsible for leading the Human Resources Department. This person defines, develops, and implements Human Resources initiatives for the organization, including labor cost management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. Develops policies and procedures, and provides employee relations and compliance (in collaboration with legal counsel) guidance to managers and caregivers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR Management or Business Administration; 5 years hospital Human Resources experience may substitute for the Degree.
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program and complete within 24 months.
• PHR or SPHR Certification Required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director.
• Minimum 5 years hospital Human Resources Director experience.
