STG Divorce Law is looking for smart, successful attorneys to join our team. We practice divorce and family law, and we are growing in Chicago and the suburbs. The ideal candidate has an Illinois law license in good standing, and at least three years of experience in divorce and family law. We are a fully remote law firm (really!), but we provide office spaces in a variety of locations in Chicagoland to use at your convenience.

You will grow at STG. We pay for continuing legal education, licensure, and other training such as mediation, trial practice, and collaborative law. Compensation is linked to your productivity - so there is no ceiling on what you can earn if you put in the effort.
The ideal candidate will advocate for clients in Illinois divorce and paternity cases in court through hearings for temporary relief and trials, or through alternative dispute resolution. We handle cases in Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake, Kane, and Kendall Counties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- State of Illinois law license in good standing, clean disciplinary record
- Two years of experience practicing law, 2+ years Illinois family law/divorce preferred
- Must be located in the Chicagoland area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, great listening skills
- Good legal writing skills
