We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various surveying techniques and tools to support land development projects.
Expectations & Responsibilities
- Team player
- Party Chief/ Survey Technician with 5+ years experience
- Willing to travel and adventure in Alaska
- Familiar working with ACAD
- Familiar with GPS/RTK and Total Stations
- Proficient in GPS, data collection, land surveying, and drafting
- Strong skills in CAD, trigonometry, and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with ALTA surveys, GIS, and Trimble
- Experience in utilizing 3D scanners and robotics
- Ability to analyze data and work on construction projects
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, and ArcGIS
Job Details
Full-time employment as a Field Surveyor based out of our Anchorage, Alaska Office. The position will be scheduled for 40 hours per week, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the caveat that you may be asked to work longer hours and some weekend days, depending on the project load schedule. Alaska Remote Imaging will employ you as long as they have the workload to sustain your employment.
Your work will be primarily fieldwork but may involve office computations, project preparation, and other related tasks and duties to be assigned to facilitate the ARI team with the company’s growth and success.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
