Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Team in Hudson, WI as a Full-Time Driver . This position will support the day-to-day operations of the Branch and provide order and delivery services accordingly. Hours are Monday-Friday 4am-12pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints as they arise.
• Follow safety rules when driving, lifting, managing heavy material, and operating equipment.
• Make all deliveries and pick-ups in a safe and timely basis on the designated route.
• Maintain neat and orderly work areas, including truck cab, to ensure a safe working environment.
• Pick, fill, and pack orders on a timely basis to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
• Accurately cut and label wire to fill orders on a timely basis.

Qualifications

• No CDL required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse, shipping, and route delivery experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communications abilities.
• Trustworthy and capable of problem-solving when required.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• A team player with a safety mindset.
• Ability to perform basic math and read and understand English.

This position will require frequent: bending/stooping, squatting, climbing, crouching, reaching above, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and the occasional need to lift 50bs throughout the working shift. (The Buddy System is highly encouraged.) Uses computer-based inventory and shipping software, electric vehicles (forklift, pallet jacks), ladders, and basic packaging tools and materials. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
