Head of Growth will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives, including scaling customer acquisition, optimizing retention, and enhancing overall business performance. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, e-commerce strategy & optimization, and data-driven decision-making to unlock new opportunities for revenue growth. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and analytics, to design and execute strategies that fuel business expansion and ensure sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels (e.g., digital marketing, e-mail, partnerships, website optimization) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead initiatives to increase the company’s revenue, market share, and customer lifetime value through innovative marketing and business development approaches.
  • Analyze and optimize customer funnels, identifying areas for improvement in the user journey to enhance conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between product features and growth initiatives, driving product-led growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence in key markets.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth, optimize sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Measure, report, and communicate key growth metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging growth channels to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the E-commerce or Retail industry.
  • Strong background in growth marketing, product management, or business development, with a focus on driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
