POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a range of massage techniques to meet the individual needs of our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Hear, reach, see, and walk for 67-100% of the workday.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
The current massage therapy license issued by the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy is required.
INDIAN PREFERENCE:
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you, and Goodbye
- Provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to clients.
- Assess client needs and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure maximum benefits and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, following hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Educate clients about additional services and products that may enhance their wellness experience.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and recommendations.
- Uphold the company's high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to provide the latest techniques.
- Attends appropriate resort and departmental meetings
- Responsible for cleaning massage therapy rooms & other areas of the spa
- Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products. Upsells the services and retail products.
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

- Eye/hand coordination for 67-100% of the workday.
- Stand for 80-90% of the workday.
- Bend and twist for 1-33% of the workday.
- Ability to perform massage services for extended periods. Stamina to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
