As a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, you will oversee the full 360 recruitment cycle, encompassing both business development and talent acquisition for IT staffing. You will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs, building client relationships, and managing the complete hiring process from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. This dynamic position requires a blend of sales, relationship-building, recruitment expertise, and strategic thinking. You will work with tech firms and other companies seeking top IT talent.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within IT companies and other organizations with IT staffing needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure job orders for IT staffing services.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry-specific functions to expand your business development network.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to win new business.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client job requirements to placing qualified candidates in IT roles.
  • Source, interview, and evaluate IT professionals for positions ranging from software developers and engineers to IT project managers and cybersecurity specialists.
  • Manage a diverse talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, direct outreach, and referrals.
  • Conduct detailed screenings, technical assessments, and candidate evaluations to match skills with client needs.
  • Facilitate interview processes and negotiate salary offers and other employment terms on behalf of both clients and candidates.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in staffing, or relevant sales experience.
  • Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and/or securing job orders in the IT staffing industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
