Our proprietary Decision Science platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop and manage our performance marketing initiatives, including SEM, PPC, email marketing, and account-based marketing. This role is suited for an analytical thinker who is adept at managing high-impact marketing campaigns. Initially, you will manage a broad range of responsibilities and campaigns solo. Over time, as business needs evolve, you will have the opportunity to build a team of marketing specialists, shaping the future of our marketing efforts.


Responsibilities
  • Performance/Paid Marketing & SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Oversee and refine PPC and SEM campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Handle all aspects of PPC campaign management, from keyword selection to optimization strategies, focusing on attracting qualified traffic and leads.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads through personalized content, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
  • Account Based Marketing: Develop and implement targeted strategies to deeply engage key accounts, integrating marketing and sales efforts to increase conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a professional capacity supporting high-growth enterprises.
  • Proven track record in managing PPC, SEM, email marketing, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
