Tax Manager- Corporate

Big 4 firm seeks Corporate Tax Manager to join their tax department.

Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Performing tax consulting and compliance services for corporate clients.
2. Determining the best tax strategy to optimize the clients’ tax issues.
3. Training, reviewing, and supervising staff.
4. Knowledge of recent tax developments and their effect on your clients.
5. Developing solid client relationships.

The right candidate will have:

1. BS in Accounting or related field.
2. MS in Tax a big plus.
3. 5+ years tax experience in either a CPA firm or private industry.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Solid knowledge of federal income tax issues.

All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
