Head of Supply Chain

We’re seeking a driven Head of Supply Chain to take charge of our Purchasing and Production Planning operations working for a pioneering medical device company working on multiple product lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the purchasing and production planning teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
• Analyze sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory to determine material requirements and create optimized production schedules.
• Drive cost-saving strategies and improve material acquisition while leading cross-functional teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, contributing to a culture of success and innovation.
• Utilize LEAN methodologies to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and manage inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory control, while maintaining top-tier supplier relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience in manufacturing and production planning.
• Experience working within medical device supply chain
• LEAN manufacturing expertise and advanced planning techniques.
• Tech-savvy with experience using JD Edwards and proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
