As a Marketplace Operations Intern, you will assist the Senior Marketplace Manager and team with a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing our Marketplace business operations that ultimately drive sales growth. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and success of our marketplace activities. Schedule: 3-4 days/20-25 hours per week preferred.
Marketplace Creative Support:
- Assist with quarterly new item set-up forms for 8 fashion brands for watches and jewelry.
- Assist with variating similar products together.
- Audit old and new listings to ensure they are complete, variated, accurate, and optimized for performance.
- Upload a variety of creative content onto product pages and into marketplace social media posts
- Update Brand Stores quarterly with new creative content and products.
- Assist with SEO research.
Data Entry and Operational Support:
- Enter business expenses related to marketing, markdowns, and accruals.
- Manage inventory tables in SAP.
- Process weekly customer returns.
- Set-up new marketplace warehouses internally.
Maintain up-to-date records to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in eCommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and concepts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
