This candidate will perform product conformance audits to requirements for aerospace parts. They will inspect incoming parts, verify that certifications are correct for outgoing orders, check parts for processing, and check special orders. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and experience in QA best practices. estimated pay is $20-$25 hourly depending on experience!
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in the aerospace industry
• Inspection of small components like nuts, bolts, screws, gears, etc.
• Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints
• Experience using quality inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, ring/pin gages, comparators, etc.
• Will be required to pass a color and near vision exam
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of AS9100 requirements
• Advanced GD&T Skills – Optical Comparator, CMM, Layout, Vision Scope Systems
