Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Position type: Duration: Location: As a(n) you will:We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Scrum Master who is responsible for one or more Scrum teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enabling continuous improvement within the team. Scrum Masters are also responsible for delivery management and oversight support for key projects within the GFIIT portfolio.

Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:
Act as a servant leader to your teams and help resolve impediments.
Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and sprint timelines, driving adherence to your Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
Schedule, facilitate, and coach agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and PI planning.
In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team, e.g., pre-planning preparation, PI planning events, and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums.
Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement, including working with other Scrum teams to define best practices.
Drive the agile team maturity, based on client guidelines.
Delivery management for key GFIIT deliverables.
Business analyst experience helping to drive the understanding of business needs and analyze the best solutions by building close relationships with your business partners.
Drive to understand the Treasury space and the applications we support.
Prior Capital Markets experience in driving technology projects.
Capital Markets product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives.
Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:
Scrum Master/PMP certified.
Quartz experience or trading applications experience.
Python or SQL scripting.
