We currently have direct hire Vaccine Production Technician positions in Lenexa, Kansas. This is a full-time position where you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K; as well as paid time off-- including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time.
Technicians assist in tissue/viral cell culturing for vaccines in a clean room cGMP environment.

Direct Hire with Benefits
$21/hr to start, additional $2/hr shift differential for weekend hours ($23/hr).
Morning shift roles – weekend work required.
Career Progression at 6, 12, 18 months with pay increases and title changes
Responsibilities:
All laboratory processes must be performed aseptically.
Requires daily gowning with sterile hooded coveralls, goggles, face masks, two pairs of gloves, and clean room boot coverings.
The ability to understand and follow Production and Lab SOPs/Work Instructions.
All procedures must be thoroughly documented.
Prepare growth medium to be used during vaccine production.
Cell and viral culturing, which is harvested, batched, filled into ampoules.
Procedures take place under a Grade A Laminar Air Flow hood in a clean room environment.
Work closely with other technicians.
Qualifications:
Education in a related field, preferred but not required.
Manufacturing, lab, or clean room experience preferred.
Able to read, write legibly, and communicate in English.
Squatting, bending, twisting, and fine motor skills all required.
