Impact Online Media is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join a dedicated team running ads for entrepreneurs in the coaching and course creation space.
As the Account Manager, you will act as the Media Buying expert and strategic lead, guiding clients through strategy calls while also building out and optimizing ad campaigns. You will collaborate with a creative team to craft compelling ads and utilize your knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ads for clients in the high-ticket coaching and course creator industry.
On a typical day, the Account Manager will start by reviewing and optimizing accounts, making necessary adjustments to improve performance over time. Throughout the day, you'll balance collaboration with clients and the internal team to strategize ad performance, while independently researching and testing new ideas to achieve client results. Impact Online Media aims to deliver world-class service to clients who are making a difference in the world. Each account manager will oversee 6-7 accounts at a time, ensuring you can provide the attention and service your clients deserve.

Responsibilities:
- Client Care:
- Lead clients confidently, ensuring they feel attended to throughout their journey.
- Conduct kick-off calls, weekly check-ins, gather necessary information, and proactively address client needs.
- Exhibit empathy and strong people skills to promote client retention.
- Media Buying:
- Monitor ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements.
- Manage ad spend as determined with the client.
- Track and analyze data from campaigns, generating new ideas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest platform and attribution updates.
- Strategy:
- Audit account performance, identifying weaknesses in the funnel.
- Make strategic recommendations for messaging and funnel structure.
- Ensure clients have realistic goals and a clear plan for achieving them.
- Regularly test new ideas to maintain high-level performance.
Must Have:
- Ability to work at a fast pace with competing priorities.
- 3+ years experience with online advertising (Facebook and Instagram).
- Proven data analysis skills.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Commitment to high standards, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.
