This is a part time OFFICE+REMOTE position (up to 20 hrs/week)
Candidate must be in NEW YORK metro area (outside New York city metro and outside USA need not apply)

- - - MUST HAVE 2 years experience with Construction Documents in US AFTER COLLEGE (not during college, not international, not negotiable)
- Must not need a US working visa
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (students need not apply)
- Know how to take site measurements (apartments/townhouses/retail)
- Know how to read/prepare architectural plans/sections/elevations/details in ACAD efficiently (a test will be given during interview)
- Good email communication
You will be held accountable for the work you produce, and will be expected to rise quickly.
