The Office Manager is a point of contact for:
- Providing support to our team members and our building
- Supporting the CEO and other members of the Leadership Team
- Setting meetings and making travel plans
- Paying invoices and bills
- Interfacing with IT services and other vendors
- Organizing the office and ordering office supplies and equipment
- Providing general support to visitors and walk-in customers
- Coordinate secure access to the building
- Address employee queries regarding the management of the office
