Job Description
This position is a remote work position with periodic travel to the client’s site if necessary. While we will consider out of country resources, we would strongly prefer in country, East Coast resources.
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation & Customization Consultant who has demonstrated both technical and consulting skills, especially in the manufacturing sector, relating to the tasks mentioned below.
- Based upon the business architecture and design specifications you will provide the technical implementation skills necessary to successfully deliver a customized client solutions.
- Understand the business process flow and requirements of the client and utilize your skills to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho and 3rd party applications.
- Develop custom Zoho workflows, custom functions (Deluge) & API development and integration (Zapier & Zoho Flow).
- Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho.
- Develop custom modules where applicable to meet customer requirements.
- Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes.
- When applicable, mentor, monitor, control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the client’s organization.
- Review and analyze the data in Zoho, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and working with the users to help resolve the discrepancies.
- Set up and manage access and control of users.
- Create required training material/guidelines for the users, as needed.
- Assist users with day-to-day questions or technical concerns through the Growthline Partners' Ticket Desk.
- Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates.
Requirements
Below, are the minimum requirements for the position:
- Experience (must have) in the configuration and customization of Zoho modules including CRM Plus, Projects, Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Finance Plus, Analytics, Command Center and Forms.
- Experience and understanding of the Zoho CRM modules and their interrelationship and connections to Zoho Finance.
- Experience in software development using Zoho Creator (Deluge).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and Copilot with experience and thorough understanding of integrating Microsoft into Zoho's suite of products.
- Experience with Zoho Flow (API Tool) and/or Zapier.
- Experience with integrating 3rd party legacy manufacturing software such as Infor, SAP, Acumatica, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and other relevant third party software products.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Prior experience working independently without oversight.
