What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts in the Small Law Channel
- Conduct thorough needs analysis within accounts to identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management
- Attain monthly sales and renewal targets through both in-person and virtual customer interactions
- Complete timely sales performance reports and manage territory information using Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- High level of competency in internet and database management skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain positively motivated in sales situations
- Previous experience in managing customer relations and resolving complaints
