**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform and assist in procedures, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records system for documentation and patient care coordination.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and guidelines related to patient safety and infection control.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and team members.
- Adapt to changing situations and be willing to float to different units if required.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to the dress code.
- Complete all required orientation and training prior to starting.
