We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This is with a prominent real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.
This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 90K-95K+Bonus. This company offers outstanding benefits and it's known to provide excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
Accrual and cash journal entries
Review operating statements and variance reports
Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.
Perform CAM reconciliations
Interact and communicate with property managers
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience
Skills:
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
