Beacon Biosignals is on a mission to accelerate research and development for neurobiomarker discovery to power novel therapies for sleep disorders, neurologic conditions, and psychiatric disease.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team. This person will be pivotal in helping to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. We are looking for candidates that thrive in a fast-paced environment, are excited to learn new technologies, and have an “all hands on deck” mentality. As a starting place, this role is a 6-month contract.

What you will be doing:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones ensuring all invitees have everything they need for the interview.
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment administration.
  • Coordinate all references and background checks to be completed in advance of candidate commencement in order to align with global compliance measures.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient and effective process.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and good judgment to maintain a first-class candidate experience.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and setting up interview processes in Lever.
  • Initiate and manage background check processing and administration.
What success looks like:
  • 1+ years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Assistant coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Patience and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and problem-solve independently.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
