Loan Servicing Representative

As a Representative Loan Servicing  you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Oversee daily processing of cash receipts, adjustments and research for the loan portfolio
• Process and balance payments for all investors and Third Party deals
• Review and process disbursements for Loan Servicing
• Assist with upgrade process for existing owners.
• Maintain systematic and organized support documentation and filing for all Loan Servicing.
• Review new loans and set to active status in Harland.
• Maintain and Update owner accounts based upon various daily processes and procedures
• Test and Update Servicing Director Loan Servicing system as necessary
• Assist team members and Portfolio Services staff with questions.
• Respond to email requests and owner telephone calls subject to monitoring and recording for quality and compliance
• Carry out any reasonable request by management
