Sodexo MAGIC is seeking a General Manager 6 for Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC. Atrium Health-Cabarrus is a 457-bed acute care medical facility. Atrium Health, one of the nation’s leading and most innovative healthcare organizations , provides a full spectrum of healthcare and wellness programs throughout North and South Carolina.
The General Manager will be responsible for department financials and daily operations of "Expressly For You" patient dining, 3 retail outlets, and catering. This position will support both frontline and salaried managers and oversee two locations on the same campus. The candidate must have client relation skills and a proven record of high employee engagement.
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and/or
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
- preferably demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or be proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
