Eurpac Marketing Retail and Logistics & Group a division of Eurpac Service, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to work in its consumer goods distribution operation. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia!
Key Result Areas:
- Process distributor purchase orders for assigned accounts.
- Perform all routine and non-routine duties associated with order entry, customer service, and customer communication.
- Daily processing of all EDI transmittals.
- Daily input of distributor orders for assigned accounts.
- Review and process email orders
- EDI Confirmations to all distributors of purchase orders.
- Contact distributors regarding any information for bills of lading or POD's.
- Maintain information product specification sheets for exchange only.
- Assist in clearing & monitoring phased out product lines.
- Process exchange orders.
- Track all shipping & receiving inquires.
- Process warehouse returns.
- Backup responsibilities:
- Backup for all other non-assigned FDS accounts
- Backup for sending out product specs.
- Review and analyze promotional display or special instance order add ons.
- Broker field sales, distributors, customers, and principals
