Job Title: Operations Manager/Director

Are you ready to take the reins and drive operational excellence? As the Operations Manager/Director, you’ll partner with our Chief Operating Officer to streamline Agency operations and boost efficiencies, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the guardian of standards, workflows, processes and procedures. Plus, there’s a thrilling potential for rapid advancement based on your stellar performance!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the mastermind behind planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Agency’s overall function and performance.
  • Innovate and recommend cutting-edge programs, policies, and procedures Agency-wide.
  • Team up with the COO to manage planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Embrace EGrAMS workplans and budget preparation and reporting for all grants; maintain meticulous records, reports, and logs to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Champion the Agency’s mission and vision, embodying its values in your work.
  • Get ready for occasional conference travel to broaden your horizons.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Bring at least five years of project management experience in a nonprofit healthcare environment to the table.
