Senior Business Management Specialist

Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Management Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership routines and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide primary support to the team lead in planning and delivering strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
  2. Take ownership of SCM CAO business management deliverables and SCM executive leadership routines.
  3. Serve as the primary backup to key team members during their PTO.
  4. Drive the completion of ad-hoc requests from executive management and business partners.
  5. Play a key role in supporting the communications strategy for Regulatory Operations, including newsletters, webinars, and "town hall" meetings.
  6. Collaborate with executive functional leaders and business managers to obtain resources and ensure alignment with our organization's objectives.
  7. Identify potential risks when implementing change and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Execute identified transformational opportunities for Business Management process improvement.
  9. Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to drive strategic initiatives.
  10. Design a library of job aids, procedures, and process maps for Business Management, including controls.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  2. Strong communication skills, including experience working with executives in an enterprise environment.
  3. Proficiency in project management and the ability to build task plans.
  4. Experience with reporting systems, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  5. A big-picture mindset and the ability to synthesize complex information into easily understandable data points.
  6. Previous experience in Financial Services or Chief of Staff work at a financial institution is a significant plus.
  7. Preferred Experience With SharePoint And SharePoint Online Development.
