**Job Description:**
- Work on a unit with a capacity of 36 beds
- Provide care primarily to medical patients and overflow medical/surgical patients
- Serve patients ranging from young adults to late adults (ages 18-60+)
- Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- Function within a variable staffing grid that includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs)
- Assume full responsibility for the patients on each team
- Opportunity to work beyond the initial 13-week period for those interested in an extended commitment
