Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery/Perinatal, preferably with 3-5 years in high-volume delivery services
License: Registered Nurse license
Certifications:
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
- Advanced Life Support from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
Must-Have:
- Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college
- S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification is preferred
Job Description:
- Work in a Level IV Maternal Designation facility with a comprehensive setup of 20 LDR suites, 4 C-section suites, 10 triage rooms, 51 mother-baby couplet rooms, and 14 monitored ante-partum rooms.
- Participate in an academic teaching service alongside large private OB practices.
- Handle high-risk, fast-paced delivery services with over 500+ deliveries per month.
- Collaborate with 24-hour in-house attending OB coverage, anesthesia coverage, and NICU coverage.
- Engage in a Perinatal Transport Program.
- Anticipate expansion to a new Women's Tower in late 2025.
