Location: Culver City, C
5-Month Assignment (potential to extend/convert)
Pay: $40-$46/ HR
Our client, a leading multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the U.S./Canada payroll functions in partnership with the 3rd party payroll service provider, ensuring all payments made to employees are accurate, timely, and in accordance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Responsible for cross-functional, collaborative efforts to improve and enhance current payroll end to end processes.
• Prepare and develop a variety of reports for external and internal resources.
• Ensure accurate tax filings, as well as ensure the policies and procedures for the payroll department are documented and in compliance with SOX.

• 4+ years of managing payroll operations
• Entertainment experience is a plus!
• Experience with domestic and international payroll is a plus
