Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $19.80 - $21.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store.
2. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
3. Control expenses and manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control.
4. Handle staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old.
2. Flexible schedule required.
3. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
4. Prior retail management experience is required.
