Responsibilities

1. Preparation of SEC filings, involving quarterly and annual financial reports
2. Variance analysis
3. Assist with Month and Quarter End Close Process

Requirements

1. 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, or public accounting.
2. BS in Accounting.
3. Experience with U.S. GAAP.
4. Proficient or advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word.
