A global leader in the logistics and transportation industry is searching for a dynamic Senior International Logistics Sales Executive to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL! As a Senior International Logistics Sales Executive, you’ll drive B2B sales and develop client relationships within the international logistics and transportation sector, leveraging your expertise to exceed sales targets and contribute to our client’s global growth! They are looking for an experienced and adaptable sales professional with a knack for B2B sales in 3PL or logistics, with a strong emphasis on international logistics. The position comes with comprehensive training, a competitive salary with a lucrative commission structure, benefits that include a car allowance, and the opportunity to grow within a globally expanding, family-run enterprise!

Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000 DOE

Responsibilities

  1. Drive B2B sales by promoting logistics and transportation solutions to international markets
  2. Build and manage robust relationships with both new and existing clients
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement and market expansion
  4. Utilize CRM tools and online portals for effective lead generation and client management
  5. Attend annual meetings to align with global operations
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience within 3PL or Logistics, with a strong emphasis on international logistics
  2. Demonstrated ability to travel as required for client development and business needs
  3. Exceptional ability to learn quickly and commit to sales goals
  4. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but experience will be considered
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  7. Patience and perseverance to navigate potentially long sales cycles
