As Associate Marketing Director in Severe Asthma, you will lead and support the development and execution of global brand strategy for a strategically important launch brand, across 50+ countries and affiliate marketing companies.
What you’ll do:
- Work as a core member of the global cross-functional team to drive successful product launches across the globe.
- Partner with colleagues in implementing the global strategy and operational plans in different countries, regions, and across diverse healthcare systems.
- Design, develop and launch key strategies and plans to accelerate priorities and opportunities that align to the brand plan.
- Support key business cycles from financial and strategic planning to forecasting and brand planning.
- Work closely with business insights, medical, and payer teams for input into global brand strategy, highlighting key risks and uncertainties and proposing pro-active mitigation plans.
- Work effectively across a global matrix team comprising of functional marketing and commercial specialists, including close engagement with regions and key markets.
- Accountable to key priorities such as initiatives to drive execution, regional-lead role, launch excellence, and Key External Expert programs.
- Collaborate closely with key business functions from Operations, Supply Chain to Regulatory and Manufacturing to ensure smooth and efficient distribution of products to markets.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required with science expertise as preferred.
- 5+ years demonstrated marketing and sales background in mid/large sized pharmaceutical market.
- Proven experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers, including patients/caregivers, HCPs, payers, policy.
- Effective cross-functional project team and matrix leadership with influencing skills.
- Strong leadership attributes to generate dedication and constructively resolve issues.
- Passionate about improving healthcare and advancing treatments for patients.
- Driven for personal growth, development, and progression.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Second degree, e.g. MBA, PhD.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $173,694 to $260,540. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program (401(k) plan); paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
