Manager of Critical Care ICU - Thousand Oaks, CA

Position Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $66 - $78/hour

Schedule: Full time – Days

Facility Spotlight:

The Manager of Critical Care ICU is a registered nurse who reports to the Director of Nursing or the Chief Nursing Officer. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the daily operations of the nursing department. The Clinical Manager ensures that the highest quality of care is provided in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, as well as other regulations that govern Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center.

Minimum Education:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Work Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in ICU.
2. 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Supervisory/Management).
3. MUST have recent acute care experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

1. Current RN license by the Board of Nurse Examiners State of California.
2. Current BLS Certification.
3. Current ACLS Certification.
