Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, upbeat attitude
• Eagerness to learn and assist with event operations
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow tasks promptly without supervision

• Prepare event spaces by arranging tables, chairs, stages, linens, and other necessary equipment according to guest specifications.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring the venue is ready for daily and special occasions.
• Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the facility.
• Ensure positive guest experiences and provide excellent customer service.
