Customer Care Coordinator- Colorado Springs, CO

: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of mobility solutions to customers, overcoming objections and building interest.
Database Management
: Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and update lead information as needed with accuracy.
Work closely with the sales team and local branch to provide them with relevant information about scheduled appointments and ensure a smooth transition.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to operate computer for most of workday with appropriate rest periods.
