Account Executive
The Account Executive will oversee the sales development activities for the company and be in charge of implementing campaigns and sales driven activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture business to business relationships to uncover and pursue sales opportunities
- Support partner and customer facing events and activities
- Work closely with sales support teams to develop and execute pursuit specific winning strategies
- Analyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging
- Identify and analyze client preferences to properly direct sales efforts
- Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how Workday and Intecrowd can enable achieving those goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to effectively manage partner sales leadership
- Act as a company representative at trade association meetings
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3+ years of sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required
- At least three years of Workday sales experience required
