Title: HR Generalist

Duration: 6+months with possible extension

Location- Columbus, OH (Hybrid Role)

Payrate: $32 to 35/hr. on W2

Experience with:

Individual contributor position responsible for primarily assisting with administration of policies/procedures and associate relations.

Job Description:

1. Manage Associate Relations Cases, Emails and Requests
2. Coaches leaders and managers on processes and conversations to address and resolve associate relations issues and consults with legal partners when necessary.
3. Investigate and support resolution associate relations cases.
4. Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and company values.
5. Assist in supporting leaves of absences, return to work, accommodations, and unemployment.
6. Partner with Asset Protection team on resolution of AP investigations, background checks, etc.
