What you will do

  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders, end-users, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and functional partners – Data, Information Security, Identity Management, Compliance, Legal, and Risk
  • Work closely with technical experts at the platform and enterprise level to perform pre and post deployment steps
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of an internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvements to operations
  • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to support cohesive strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout
  • Provide system administration support for the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
  • Knowledgeable about Salesforce APIs to integrate with external systems and data
  • Responsible for deploying code/customizations in various environments (QA, UAT, and Production)
  • Review monthly Audit Trail logs and Login History
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve service requests in a timely manner

Professional Experience

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related major
  • 3+ years of CRM enterprise experience, including administrator experience with Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud, and integration
  • Familiar with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.)
  • Knowledge with key areas of technical architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
  • Good command on the version control tools including but not limited to GIT.
  • Experience deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • A good understanding of OAUTH2, Caching, Outlook integration and other integrations.
  • Good to have Azure DevOps, databases, data modeling, and SQL
  • An ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Manage Connected Apps and Digital Certificates (SSO, API, IDM, Commvault)
  • Experience with Dataloader and Developer Console/SOQL
  • Familiarity with Salesforce out of the box functionality such as objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and sharing model permissions
  • Any of these Salesforce certifications are preferred:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified App Builder
