Job Requirements
The kitchen is the heart of our shop. As an Eatery Line Cook you will work directly under Chef Judson Branch who brings over 20 years of culinary experience from East to West Coast. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and finishing all pizza, sandwiches, caterings and ready-made meals, If you're looking to grow your culinary journey this is your opportunity!
Key Requirements:
- Experience in limited/full-service restaurant is desired.
- Good understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Positive attitude
- Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day
- Standing for extended periods during each shift- Lifting up to 40lbs
- Cooking and preparing all menu items with assistance of lead cook and chef
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Maintains professional and positive relationships with coworkers and customers

Pay: Ranges from $14-$18/hr based on skill level and ability to learn. 60 - 90 day review with potential increase.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday 11AM - 7PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 11AM - 8PM
WINTER
Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday 11AM - 6PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 11AM - 7PM
*Shifts typically start at 9AM
