Job Description:

As a Product Manager, Integrations at Elite, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Elite's 3E Cloud open platform strategy. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance all integration components of the platform. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless integration of third-party services and applications with our core products, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of integration projects, and aligning them with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.

What You'll Do:

Integration Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain the integration strategy in alignment with the overall product roadmap for 3E Cloud.
  • Identify and prioritize key third-party services and applications for integration based on market demand and customer feedback.
  • Provide a roadmap for platform enhancements to facilitate the integration of identified third-party services and applications, extending 3E Cloud's capabilities and adding value for our customers.

Product Planning:

  • Define integration requirements and specifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Create detailed product plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Product Delivery:

  • Oversee the delivery of scalable integration components for the platform, managing their lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure integration projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party integrations post-launch, gathering data and customer feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and deployment using agile methodologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries and issues.

Documentation and Training:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and functionalities.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on integration use and best practices.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in integrations that can enhance our product offerings.
  • Analyze competitors and industry standards to ensure our integrations are competitive and innovative.

Performance Metrics:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success, including adoption rates, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use these metrics to guide product enhancements and iterations.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on integrations or related fields in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) setting.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes, web technologies, and APIs:
    • Deep understanding of API technologies, RESTful architecture, web services, and API design principles, including OData standards.
    • Expertise in API design principles, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of API solutions.
    • Knowledge of data streaming technologies.
  • Experience with API tools such as Postman or middleware solutions like Boomi is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Azure SQL Databases, Azure Workbooks, API Management Services, Service Bus and other Azure functionalities is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
