Job Title: Tool & Die Maker
Job Type: Full-time Permanent Position
Compensation: 80k - 95k, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Overview: Our client is seeking a talented Tool & Die Maker who is looking to train up into a managerial position to join their team at their growing company. This position is full-time and is located in Itasca.
Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with CNC machining processes.
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership qualities with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or Tool and Die Apprentice.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
