Job Requirements / Description

We’re looking for a Project Analyst, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will lead integrated, complex, or cross-departmental projects and manage the ongoing maintenance of a group of related activities. You will help coordinate faculty meetings and educational offerings for the Quality Education Department, Simulation, and CME (Continuing Medical Education). Also, help to gather evaluation data and analyze it so we can effectively adapt our curriculum to meet our learner needs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Establishes project plans and conducts work team meetings.
  2. Determines staff resource needs by assessing the size, duration, scope, and complexity of the project.
  3. Establishes and maintains project implementation plans and project status reports.
  4. Ensures documentation (i.e., project plans, test plans, policies, and procedures) is accurate, acceptable, and in accordance with Integrated Delivery System standards and policies.
  5. Formulates testing and piloting of new processes and systems.
  6. Ensures user acceptance of changes based on functional requirements.
  7. Plans and executes smooth transition of responsibilities to support staff and management teams at completion of project.
  8. Administers and coordinates change schedules with department staff, management teams, other departments, other entities, and vendors as indicated.
  9. Estimates and controls project fiscal requirements.
  10. Determines, analyzes, and formulates current practices, user needs, workflow processes, issues, and potential solutions.
  11. Serves as Business Services Department representative as a participating member of designated committees.

Skills & Requirements

  1. Required H.S. Diploma or GED
  2. A bachelor's degree may substitute for two (2) years of work experience
  3. 2 years business, project, and/or healthcare experience
