This exciting opening for an ASC Administrator is with a reputable organization that offers procedures in the areas of ortho, spine, pain, complex spine, and a total joint program. This center is AAAHC Accredited and performs a high volume of outpatient procedures. This center is equipped with beautiful rooms with bright, natural lighting, expert medical staff, state-of-the-art equipment, and is located near the beautiful coast. The ASC Administrator will be happy to know that this facility is thriving and has multiple locations throughout Southern California; therefore, fostering career development and internal growth.

The Surgery Center Administrator will serve in a CEO capacity and report to the Regional Director of ASC Operations. In this role, the Administrator oversees various department heads, including the RN Director of Nursing, an Operating Room Nurse Supervisor, and Administrative Staff such as the Business Office Manager and the Supply Chain Coordinator. They work closely with physicians, surgeons, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the center and align with the strategic goals of the organization.

This Ambulatory Surgery Center performs a high volume of outpatient procedures, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ASC has 1 Operating Room and is staffed by a team of full-time employees, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, experienced RNs, and surgical techs. The unit fosters a professional and supportive atmosphere, where staff members collaborate closely to ensure the highest standards of patient care. The Administrator will work alongside a team of exceptional clinicians who are committed to delivering outstanding surgical outcomes.

The Administrator of the Ambulatory Surgery Center will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the facility, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning while maintaining high standards of patient care. Key duties include overseeing financial operations such as budgeting, revenue cycle management, and payer contracts, as well as managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. The Administrator will need to ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, including safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role involves leading strategic planning and business development efforts to grow the ASC's services and patient base, managing vendor and supplier relationships, and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
