Investment Data Integrity Analyst- Security Master

Key Responsibilities:

Controls Reporting and Reconciliation

  • Manage reconciliation processes for data sets across multiple platforms including Bloomberg, Clearwater, WSO, and ICE
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies affecting risk, analytics, accounting, and reporting
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining our core data system GA Edge
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our core data systems

Data Integrity Management

  • Help maintain the accuracy and consistency of security master data across various platforms
  • Ensure proper execution of controls in compliance with internal and external audit requirements

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Compile and analyze metrics from large datasets
  • Prepare clear and concise reports on data integrity findings

Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for process automation
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing data management efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of Investment support experience required; experience in Investment Operations or Investment Accounting experience with an operational/process focus strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set required
  • Experience and proficiency in Wall Street Office (WSO), Bloomberg, Clearwater, ICE, or other asset management platforms and data sources preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to navigate complex legal documents to extract investment information
  • Familiarity with databases, and how to utilize them to produce data for analysis
  • Familiarity with bank account structures, bank statements, and reconciliations
