HiOperator's mission is to automate customer service by pairing great people with our technology. Our Dallas and Buffalo offices are growing quickly in 2022 and we continue to look for new team members to join our quest to change the industry.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for building workflows using the HiOperator software. This includes using our UI and writing custom JavaScript functions to make the workflows extra efficient. As part of the role, you will sharpen your JavaScript and GraphQL skillset (or learn these technologies for the first time!). We tend to find people who excel in the role are looking for either their first software engineer job or simply love logic puzzles and process optimization.

Your key priorities:

  1. Build out workflows for 4-6 different clients you will support.
  2. Debug the workflows through continuous testing on real-world customer service tickets for clients you support.
  3. Continuously optimize and update the workflows to reflect changing processes.
  4. Partake in weekly meetings with other workflow engineers to help develop best practices for workflows.
  5. Provide feedback to our clients on ways we can improve the processes.
  6. Engage with our core engineering team on extending the workflow engine functionality.

You're a great match if you:

  2. Are collaborative - We work together, learn together, and grow together; you cover for someone, they cover for you, in all things.
  3. Are a quick learner – You will be covering customer service for various different clients, which requires an ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing policies and procedures.
  4. Are comfortable using Google Suite products and Slack.
  5. You have 3+ years of engineering experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
